Review: Circle Lens from HoneyColor (part 1)

Recently I bought some lenses from HoneyColor.com after its sponsored post on FB keeps appearing and I was really intrigued by one of the lenses and kept being tempted every time i see it.

Actually I had Epi-lasik done last year so basically I had no need to wear specs or lenses anymore but who can resist?!

I decided to be rebellious and try if I can still wear lenses as supposed my eye shape is now different after the procedure.

So, moving on to the purchase.

I chose Viskon Quartz Icy Grey

It will supposedly look like this on our asian eye colour.

I won't be trying this until CNY so I shall update then!

And due to the promotion, I got 2 free lenses.

(actually I thought I would only get 1)

One I got to choose between Brown, Choco and Black.

Of course I chose Choco because it was the most natural type which I used to always wear.

And the other free one which I did not choose. (Randomly chosen by seller I guess. Probably because it's expiring in July 2017.)

And I will be trying this first as a tester to see if I can still wear lenses now or not.

And because it's not something I chose. HAHA.

So this is how it looks like.

I think it looks kind of too unnatural for my liking.

It actually looks fine and quite nice on camera but it looked really unnatural in real life.

(I don't know if it's because I haven't worn lenses for a long time or they really just look .. not nice. lol)

But anyway, I actually threw them away after taking them out within minutes because my eyes felt suffocated & dry and my right vision seemed a little blurry cause of the lens pattern.

(probably cause of my eye shape after lasik?)

The reason I didn't keep the lens was because I hadn't bought any contact lens solution so i couldn't keep it and I was in a rush to go out (early in the morning so stores were not opened yet either)

But oh well, I'll pretend I did not have that pair of lenses at all😝

Will try the other lenses either in december or next year😎
